Meet Laura

I partner with clients as equals to ignite generative wholeness. I begin from the conviction that each client is whole, resourceful, capable, and creative; my role is to co‑create conditions that help them see the whole of themselves and develop sustainably.

Coaching is a thought‑provoking, creative partnership that links a client’s context — opportunities and challenges — to their internal resources for development. The process connects strengths, widens perspective, and tests possibilities so clients generate their own lasting solutions. Together we co‑create a clear coaching agreement (goals, measures of success, logistics, accountability and review points) and revisit it as needed.

The partnership I offer is authentic, humane, respectful, and equitable. I actively attend to culture, bias, and systemic context and hold transparent boundaries and role distinctions; I refer to other professionals when issues fall outside coaching scope. I protect confidentiality, manage power differentials intentionally, and support client autonomy.

I bring presence, deep listening, disciplined reflection, and deliberate self‑management (preparation, emotional regulation, and awareness of what’s emerging in the moment). I may offer observations or relevant experience only to support clients in unlocking new thinking; ownership of insight and action remains with the client. I commit to professional integrity, ongoing learning, and supervision/mentor coaching to maintain and grow my competencies. I partner with clients to design actions, accountability, integration of learning across the engagement, and to celebrate progress.
