Before becoming a full-time coach, I spent over 30 years in the corporate world in roles such as an accountant, financial systems analyst, consultant and product manager. Primarily, for global technology companies such as Panasonic, Hyperion (now Oracle) and SAP. My experience was rich, yet I never felt totally fulfilled. There was always the sense of something more, just out of reach. I did what others expected, and I did it well. However, it never fulfilled me.

As a coach, I apply this experience to facilitate awareness into what you truly want in your professional and personal life. I support professionals in gaining the skills and confidence they need to reach their full potential. Clarity is key, without a compass, how do you move towards your dreams?

My focus is on coaching professionals, regardless of if you are emerging or an established leader. As a professional coach who partners with motivated professionals to transition to their next level of potential. I coach anyone interested in professional or personal transformation because we are all leaders in some aspects of our lives.
